When I first took this out of the vacuum packed bag I thought I’m returning this immediately.. it was lumpy and soo flat and I thought there was no way it would get fluffier. After following the instructions to pull out the stuffing it got slightly better but was still very flat so I decided to return and set it aside. I didn’t get around to actually returning in until several days later and when I went to grab it I realized it had fluffed up considerably over time, enough so that I’m satisfied with keeping it! So just be patient after opening and it’ll get a lot better. Still not a super fluffy dense pillow but for the price I think is decent quality

These pillows are amazing. But you have to put them in the dryer for 20 minutes on low with 2 tennis balls, like it says. They come out of the package like a pancake but after the dryer, they are so nice. Fluffy and stuffed full. If you don't do the dryer thing, you'll be so disappointed. There are two other methods they mention like putting them in the sun or hand fluffing. But hand fluffing wouldn't do what the dryer did and I'm not sure about the sun method.

They came "compressed". Felt as hard a brick. As soon as I opened the package they started to fluff out. By the next day they were nice and fluffy. I would buy these again.

I got this and a matching sized pillow case for someone for Christmas. Even a few weeks later this doesn't feel like it has expanded as much as it should. It is not as lofty as it looks in the picture, it just never gets that puffy. Looks sort of flat in the end. My daughter ended up using it as her sleeping pillow because it wasn't too puffy. Rather light.
